Our employment vetting system is adjudged to be one of the best in the country. As a provider of security vetting services, our staff go through rigorous background checks and screening before integration. After passing our selection process each security officer and field official completes an extensive training program consisting of 8 to 16 hours of classroom training. The training material consists of the fundamentals of security, powers of arrest, fire and accident prevention, first-aid and interpersonal relationships. On the job training is given to all staff as well as deployed security Guard/officer by a team of experienced supervisors while Continuous on-the-job training is given to all employees by Training Co-coordinator. We take pride in being able to find the right person for each position. Divine Legacy Security guards protect their employer's investment, enforce rules and laws on the property, deter criminal activity or other problems, and many times they are the First Responders in emergency situations.
